About Us
Two Chicano brothers born in Southern California, and raised along the West Coast. Although 13 years apart they both share an immense passion for food that dates back to the early 80's. The oldest has fond memories of washing giant cake pans at Francois, Huntington Beach, California. Where his Father was a chef. At the age of 13 his Father introduced him to the chef knife. As a kid he knew he was destined to become a chef. The youngest born in '90 used to wake up to moms home cooking and remembers helping her in the kitchen at the age of 8. He started cooking for himself at 12 and eventually joined his brother in the kitchen starting as a dishwasher. He went on to graduate from Culinary Arts school. The best is yet to come.
